    Todae was the first training i had after tournament....it was turly even more vigorous than those before the competition....=[ we had to do lots of P.T.(phisical traaining) tat was SIAO!!!! i had to carry about a 100 pound something fingy and than do pull up ar...squat...leg extension thingy la....walao aaa...then must do the skipping!!! WOOHOO!!SHIOK!!i lyk skipping for fun....i had to do double skipss in one jump....!!but i did it!!!blah,blah,blah.....it was quite fun ACTUALLY....then can grow muscleSs...yipPEe!!!i already have * pacs..or wadever its called..now i wan to get stronger...yea =]so tat my VOLLEYBALL SKILLS CAN BE SUPERB...i either play sadter or spiker nxt year....heck la...i wan spiker not sadter...

    • Volleyball Tournaments

    My team had lost 2 matches in a row...which was quite disheartening....for the first match..we did not do our best...i could tell tat many of my teamates are really nervous n panicky...but i cannot blame them...when i first played a match..i was truly cery afraid 2...then following tat came our 2nd match....we played very well against SHUQUN...although their main spiker nvr play la...=] we were very close in scores n skills...todae was our very last n most exciting match...MIRACLES WERE CREATED...WE won!!!!!BUT..it was just a won(which i congrates my team)....HOPING VERY MUCH tat we could go to nationals n play.....just look forward to a better team in my c boys....GO GUYS!!!STRIVE N WIN!!!

    i tell u all.... tis sch gives NOTHING but home work and project!!!OK la...may be some fun in it 2 lol... Its very EXHAUSTING man,i just live day by day with home work....The onli thing to relieve my stress is VOLLEYBALL!!!yea!!=) My team is progressing well....not bad...ai...now just hope tat i finish all my hw n finish my projects successfully...N get full ACE points...Tern test coming up soon...bout 3 more daes....maybe tats all.just bout all tis for now.... more to come!!!
