I would like to suggest that all CCA leaders must have a good track record in all fields, including academic studies. As leaders they should show good examples to juniors. Hence i would like to propose that all EXCO menbers of CCA groups must achieve an MSG of 3.0 or below. Should any leaders scores more than 3.0 for 2 consecutive terms, he will have to relinquish his position until his results return to normal.

Junxiong must also be dam sad, cause he's gonna get stripped out of it too. lol. no more captain for vball. cool.
Seems that term 3 is gonna be very very very important to me huh hah. Saigo no Chansu to prove myself. My MSG. My CCA. My leadership. My everything. haha. if i dont work hard this time, everything is gonna be gone, even my saigo no chansu. hah better make use of it.
Many things once you let go, you will regret for life.
Decide for yourself what you should do, it's your life.
Term 3 is gonna be real busy for me now, have to study hard every day, train hard. I've nothing more to hold back now. I dont want to let go of things i've really cherihsed in hci. 2E, teachers, friends, jiao lian, seniors, juniors ( however i may seem to dislike yall, but i really do love yall at the bottom of my heart :), volleyball. I decide to give my best now. i've got nothing to regret if i lose everything after term3 if i've done my best.
There is no way around it. For thing to get better, we have to get better. Today will be much like yesterday unless we put in that effort.
If you put all you have into whatever you do, you won't eliminate failure. If you put everything you have got into everything you do, you won't eliminate disappointment. So why bother?
The answer is, " For you own self-respect."
When your personal philosophy is, " I will do my best, regardless," you will always stand tall in your own estimation.
my tough time has come-d haha. its time for me to start working hard already. i know i have not worked hard these two terms regardless of whatever, prolly due to c div. but whatever. its over.
