Sorry I only got to know about your back injury today after hopping by your blog (YOU NEVER TELL ME). Can understand the pain that a back injury brings, and how it affects all the other parts of the body. You definitely must have felt pffffft. Perhaps you might have asked yourself why must it be you, why it must be as such... well, thing is, whenever there's an ache or pain, physical or mental, it basically is a signal letting you know that something's wrong, and in this case, to know that your back probably has sustained an injury that'll require time to heal.
I believe you have seen lots of shows with similar situations and how the players would show brute determination to carry on and fight their "last match" or sort - well, you know you don't fall in that category - you would have many more matches to go, and many more years of activities to do.
So... as much as you may get restless to exercise / play, do consider giving your injury time to recover before doing anything strenuous that would worsen the condition. Instead of entertaining those desires to play, channel your energy into finding out how you can recover faster and make sure that you do.

Haha. Okay listening to Pop's advice i didnt train^2, volleyball & tchoukball. Missed the last volleyball training before Eoys ): Luckily there's volleyball friendly with United World College some time later, next week i think, with the tchoukball team.
