Dear Max,
I am sorry to hear about your back injury. Glad to learn, though, that it is just a minor injury ( i hope ) of muscle sprain / muscle pull/ muscle cramp/ spine injury/ slip disk. I know you will be visiting the chinese physician again tomorrow, after you've done some revision & homework.
How are you feeling at the moment? I understand that you will lose your ability to walk, run, jump, do anything, even sit properly for a period of time, & the intense pain from your back will leave you disabled from Cca's & other activities ( like all the friendlies with the seniors & tchoukball team trainings & tchoukball volleyball friendlies with United World College) for a couple of days. My prayers go with you & I sincerely hope that you will recover soon & be more active as the days go by.
On a more light-hearted note, I bring you some good news from home. Vanessa, your elder sister will be coming back to Singapore tomorrow. Our family, especially Mother, is overjoyed.
I can’t wait for your release from the devil's hands of injury. We can have a party to celebrate your well-being ( nah joking ). Many personal, physical training session must surely not to be missed, not forgetting Air Alert & studying for Eoys. Let’s start right after you are free, shall we? You can start looking forward to it.
It must be quite boring and lonely lazing around & not training, working out. Should there be anything you would like me to bring for you, feel free to call. I would also bring along your favourite ‘Homework’ to keep you company.
