  • too good to be true.

    Today was good, real good. Yes.terday was very bad. Didn't do ANYTHING. Except watch the whole Bleach like Eoys are over like that. Haha my priorities are all messed up now.

    Planned to wake up at 10am but instead woke up at 3.30pm yesterday & 4pm today. Yes i rock. Went for swimming immediately today cause 4pm is my lesson! Good & bad things today.

    GOOD.
    1.Max is overwhelmed by the happiness that his back has got much much better now.
    2.Max can trainnnnnnnn now, perhaps.
    3.Max didn't die. Dramatic i know.

    BAD.
    1.Max's stamina has dropped like mad since he has been MIA for 2 weeks.
    2.Max's speed is lousier than last time, but still got hope.
    3.Max almost freaking died.

    I seriously almostttt died la walao. Did lotsa sprints which was actually manageable, later still had to chase after the smaller ones who had finished swimming ½ the pool. I vividly remembered how i just gave it all out, overtook everyone, then had difficulties breathing later. It was really really bad, couldn't stand properly, couldn't breathe properly. I was wondering at that time what'll happen if i really died. Got so much things haven't accomplished yet, studies family sports friends someone. Coach Jiu Shi coach, he made me blow a lo of bubbles, then later was feelin better. He said this to me " you external is it but your internal is not that fit." how to train internal omg.
    I didn't die, YEAH! :D

    I got my life back. Its time to restart everything, its never too late.

    When someone asks you what you want today, you may surprise yourself when you can't come up with an answer. It's not that you have everything you need, it's that you really haven't given enough thought to what you want -- and that is a real problem. It's not selfish to put energy toward achieving your own desires instead of the desires of other people. In fact, it's necessary sometimes. So put your own needs on the front burner, today. Figure out your priorities so you'll be ready next time.

    - argh i h8 friendster for always being so right! Okay have to place my priorities now.

    1. Studies.
    2. Sports.
    3. Team.
    4. Friends/ Family/ Someone?
    Nevermind Priority 4 with come after the major barrier of 1 & 2.

    Many touch challenges ahead. Regardless of anyone cheering you on,

    Its all about discipline.
