I’ve been quite busy nowadays. Sorry for not updating.
So these few days ~
Firstly we signed up for Youth Cup U16. FINALLY. Our TIC so slack don’t even want to sign up for us, make me & bingru go all the way to toa payoh from school. The meeting was super tense. Drawing the groups was worst. Bingru & I was felt very out of place as everyone there were either coaches or teachers’ in charge, however we are only teenagers.Everyone was fighting for the best slots in various groups, but sadly it was decided by drawing lots in a breadtalk plastic bag. Anyway, here are the draws.
U13 Boys.
Group A – Clementi Woods, Hwa Chong, Bukit Panjang, St. Hildas, Sembawang.
Group B – Anderson, Catholic High, Zheng Hua/ Zhong Hua, Dunman High, Punggol.
Group C – Xinmin, Yuhua, Dunman Sec, Pasir Ris Crest, West Spring.
Group D – Yishun Town, Hong Kah, Victoria, Clementi Town, Chong Boon.
U16 Boys.
Group A – St. Hildas, Chong Boon White, Bukit Panjang 2, Pasir Ris Crest, Victoria, Catholic High.
Group B – Yishun Town, Dunman High, Clementi Woods, Hwa Chong, River Valley, Sembawang.
Group C – Xinmin, Anderson 1, Anderson 2, Bukit Panjang 1, Hua Yi.
Group D – Zheng Hua, Evergreen, Yu Hua, West Spring, Punggol.
Group E - Chong Boon Black, Clementi Town, Pasir Ris, CCH Yishun, Dunman Sec, Zhong Hua.
For the sake for Jiaolian’s girls team, we took down the groupings for Dunman as well.
U13 Girls.
Group B - Bukit Panjang 1, Ngee Ann, Dunman High, Punggol, Sembawang.
U16 Girls.
Group E - St. Hildas, Dunman High, Anderson, Sembawang, Woodlands Ring.
We collected our jerseys on Saturday. I thought that the jerseys didn’t look too bad, quite cool actually, based on my primary school’s colour – Maroon.
Well, today the Beijing Satellite Campus(ers) & the SAP scholars left for China, Beijing & Shanghai respectively. Hope they have the time of their lives! Just like me! :)
Bsc was seriously a wonderful experience for me. Nothing can beat that indescribable experience. I’ll be looking forward to hearing their vastly different experiences in BSC. BSC seems so near yet so far.
Next, to those going overseas this week for other exchange programs like Samuel Lau & Hong Jie – ENJOY YOURSELVES!
