I’ve been going to Evolve for 2 consecutive days now.
I must admit it is a little physically strenuous, but that’s good, I love it.
Muay Thai is really hard to master, especially the kicks. My kicking technique still need lots of improvement, plus kicking the boxing bag is no fun. It’s DAMN PAIN. Other than the kicks I think I love everything. Once I master the kick then the lessons would surely be damn fun. Woohoo.
FightShape, as rumoured, is really not as easy as I thought. The exercises challenged me a LOT. I keep having the almost-gonna-get-cramp feeling in my thighs, which was good actually. This shows that I’m undergoing muscle building. Good good I like.
I’m gonna go again tomorrow, if all goes well & I can wake up. I’ve been taking the first train to Paris Ris everyday to attend the earliest Muay Thai lessons. Tiring to wake up early, but it feels damn refreshing at the same time.
Having volleyball training tomorrow too. INDOOR AT SPANS WOOHOO. Finally indoor training after years.
Evolve & training has indeed enspirit me.
My holidays feel so enriched woo!
:)

I'd have to say that Muay Thai is something special. It's really demanding and it's becoming popular all around the world. ~ Jack Osbourne
